Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of furniture projects from briefing through to completion.
• Handle full order management: briefing, quoting, placing orders and liaising with suppliers.
• Track budgets and margins on every project to protect profitability.
• Manage on-site delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal design teams to land projects on time and to spec.
• Own the client relationship from first contact through to repeat business.
