Job summary

P3 Logistic Parks is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the Dutch finance function and partner with the Country Director and leadership team.

You will oversee financial matters, close processes, tax compliance and budgeting while guiding a 3–4 person finance team and collaborating with external advisers on governance and ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Head of Finance or senior finance leadership role, ideally within real estate.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Strong leadership, team-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with finance tools and digitalisation initiatives.
• Fluent English; Dutch is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all in-country financial matters, including payments, cash management and outsourced accounting and finance providers.
• Ensuring accurate, complete and timely financial records, reporting and statutory compliance.
• Managing the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, and local banking relationships.
• Preparing and reviewing management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and leading local budgeting and forecasting.
• Providing financial analysis and business insight to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Supporting the Investment, Development, Asset Management and Property Management teams with business cases and investment appraisals.
• Reviewing development appraisals and significant commercial contracts from a financial risk and value perspective.
• Coordinating local tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax) and supporting Group Tax on transfer pricing and tax projects.
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings in collaboration with Group Finance, Tax and Legal.
• Managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and other professional service providers.
• Coordinating the preparation and filing of annual statutory accounts and local corporate governance matters.
• Leading finance process improvement and digitalisation initiatives, including acting as local finance lead on ERP projects.
• Leading financial due diligence on acquisitions and disposals, and coordinating post-deal financial integration.
• Building, leading and developing the local finance team (3 to 4 FTE) as the business grows, with a clear focus on long-term team development.

As Head of Finance, you carry overall responsibility for all in-country financial matters and act as a genuine business partner to the Country Director and the wider leadership team. Your responsibilities include:
