Shell’s Netherlands Graduate Programme offers a 3-year path to develop future leaders across our Rotterdam, The Hague, Pernis or Amsterdam offices. Start dates are May or November 2027, with a mix of on-the-job training, formal education, rotations, and personalised coaching.

The programme equips you to grow leadership skills and deliver impact from day one. You will work with experienced colleagues on meaningful energy projects, bring fresh ideas, and grow in an inclusive, supportive culture

Qualifications

• Graduated before your first day at Shell
• Pursuing or have completed a Master’s or PhD in the Netherlands within the last three years
• Have less than three years of relevant work experience
• Live in the Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Showcase your ability to analyse situations and propose solutions aligned with Shell’s strategic goals
• Collaborate with a diverse team and learn from experienced colleagues on energy-related projects
• Engage in on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations and coaching throughout the programme
