Job summary

Shell’s Netherlands Graduate Programme offers a 3-year path to develop future leaders across our Rotterdam, The Hague, Pernis or Amsterdam offices. Start dates are May or November 2027, with a mix of on-the-job training, formal education, rotations, and personalised coaching.

The programme equips you to grow leadership skills and deliver impact from day one. You will work with experienced colleagues on meaningful energy projects, bring fresh ideas, and grow in an inclusive, supportive culture

What’s The Role

Join us as a Graduate at Shell in The Netherlands where you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders.

This graduate opportunity may be based in any of our offices in Rotterdam, The Hague, Pernis or Amsterdam, depending on the role you will be matched with. Start dates for the Graduate Programme will also vary by role, with intakes scheduled in May or November 2027.

The Shell Graduate Programme equips you with the essential tools to enhance your leadership skills and achieve your full potential through a combination of on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations, and personalised coaching.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will showcase your capacity to analyse situations and propose purposeful solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals - adaptability to changing environments, learner mindset, drive to deliver results - and collaborate and nurture relationships as you work effectively with a diverse team.

You will work with experienced colleagues and will share your unique perspective and fresh ideas on how to tackle energy-related challenges.
