Join us as a Graduate at Shell in The Netherlands where you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders. This graduate opportunity may be based in any of our offices in Rotterdam, The Hague, Pernis or Amsterdam, depending on the role you will be matched with. Start dates for the Graduate Programme will also vary by role, with intakes scheduled in May or November 2027. Eligibility

• Have graduated prior to your first day at Shell
• Be pursuing or have completed a Master’s or PhD degree in the Netherlands within the last three years
• Have less than three years of relevant work experience (if you’ve recently graduated)
• Live in the Netherlands
