Job summary

Shell Assessed Internship Programme offers students across Technical and Commercial areas the opportunity to work on real projects from day one, guided by a supervisor and mentor. You’ll be part of a project team with Shell professionals and receive regular assessments to help you grow.

Internships may be based in Rotterdam, The Hague, Pernis or Amsterdam, spanning 3–12 months, with the potential for a full-time role after graduation. Shell values collaboration and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• You must be studying towards your Master’s in the Netherlands (WO level).
• There are no specific academic grade requirements stated.

Responsibilities

• Full day-to-day involvement in actual projects, matched to your interests and abilities.
• You’ll join a project team and work alongside Shell employees who are professionals in their fields.
• Regular assessments throughout your internship, including a formal mid-term review with your supervisor and mentor.
• At the end, you will present a project delivery and performance discussion with your supervisor and mentor.
