  • Deliver the financial performance and P&L objectives of SWLNG, SLMT’s small‑scale LNG trading business in Europe, in alignment with agreed commercial targets.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development support to schedulers and analysts, fostering capability growth across the team.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Shell Trading Compliance Manual, Code of Conduct, and all applicable regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Manage and optimise capacity utilisation at the GATE Terminal to maximise commercial value and operational flexibility.
  • Develop and strengthen the interface with SEEL (Gas and Biomethane Trading) and LCF (FEUM/RED) to unlock synergies and support strategic objectives.
  • Drive the development, implementation, and optimisation of the RED III strategy for the European DLNG portfolio, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and commercial opportunities.
