Job summary

Saga is hiring a Business Development Representative for the Netherlands to open conversations with law firms and legal networks, understand how their work runs, and demonstrate how AI embedded in lawyers’ workflows could look. You will collaborate with Account Executives and a global sales team to convert opportunities.

You’ll use market knowledge to shape Saga’s approach for Dutch lawyers, build a pipeline, and expand Saga’s presence across Europe with a remote-first setup and hub offices in

Qualifications

• 3+ years or equivalent experience in business development, sales development or inside sales.
• Experience finding, engaging and qualifying leads in the Dutch market via phone, email, LinkedIn and events.
• Clear, confident communication in Dutch and in English, written and spoken.
• You’re based in the Netherlands and able to travel within the region frequently.

Responsibilities

• Find new opportunities in the Dutch market by following up on inbound interest and reaching out to law firms, legal networks and innovation hubs by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects, move them through the pipeline, and tailor pitches to Dutch legal workflows and compliance priorities.
• Be the first point of contact for Dutch prospects and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives with needed context.
• Share market learnings to shape Saga's sales engagement strategy and go-to-market positioning.
• Build a network of referral partners, represent Saga at legal tech events, and log activity in HubSpot.
