Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Commercial Lead to drive the Netherlands business, translating the France & Benelux strategy into flawless local execution across Sales, Marketing and operations.

You will lead day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with global programs, driving growth, and building a high-performing team with a strong focus on customer engagement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial leadership experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Netherlands commercial strategy in alignment with the France & Benelux business plan.
• Deliver sales, profitability and market share objectives across the aesthetics portfolio.
• Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions to maximize growth opportunities.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and business planning in partnership with Finance and Commercial Excellence.
• Ensure disciplined execution of pricing, segmentation and commercial initiatives.
• Provide leadership across the local Sales and Marketing organization to ensure one integrated customer strategy.
• Coordinate execution of multiple commercial campaigns, launches and educational initiatives.
• Translate global and cluster strategies into locally relevant execution.
• Coordinate local execution across Commercial, AMI, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
