Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a Commercial Operations Lead to head the Netherlands business, translating the France & Benelux strategy into flawless local execution across sales, marketing and operations. You will lead day-to-day activities, drive commercial performance and ensure policy compliance within AbbVie Allergan Aesthetics guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field required.
• MBA preferred as additional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial leadership within pharma/healthcare.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the Netherlands commercial strategy aligned with France & Benelux plan.
• Drive sales, profitability and market share across aesthetics portfolio.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to maximize growth.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and business planning with Finance and Commercial Excellence.
• Ensure disciplined execution of pricing, segmentation and initiatives.
• Coordinate local governance and represent the NL in leadership forums.
