Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree in a relevant discipline (Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or similar).
• Strong understanding of requirements engineering and traceability from customer needs to design output.
• Experience with international development projects and matrix organization advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Capture customer requirements and establish baselines with traceable changes.
• Decompose and structure requirements for systems and work packages.
• Ensure clear functional and non-functional specifications align with project deliverables.
• Maintain stakeholder communication to ensure proper understanding of requirements.
