You will work under the Manager of Systems Engineering and the Principal Architect to define clear specifications for processes and products.

The role emphasizes gathering requirements with DOORS, ensuring traceability, and conducting systems verification activities.

Qualifications

• BSc./MSc. in Engineering or higher.
• Experience with Systems Engineering principles and Requirements Management.
• Strong logical thinking and proficiency with digital tools.
• Ownership and responsibility for team objectives in a project-based environment.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch/German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, categorize, and break down customer requirements using a requirements management tool (e.g., DOORS).
• Ensure requirements are clear, consistent, and traceable; resolve conflicts through proactive communication.
• Organize and manage requirements for specific work packages, including outsourcing, with status reporting to stakeholders.
• Conduct systems verification activities to collect evidence of compliance.
