Job summary

Thales Group is seeking a Software Platform Engineer in Hengelo to join a multidisciplinary Agile team. You will develop and test infrastructure software for combat, radar, and optical sensor systems, aligning with Scrum and DevOps processes.

The role requires Linux proficiency, scripting in Python and Bash, and experience with CI/CD, container tech, and network fundamentals. Fluency in English is essential, with opportunities for growth and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux environments (RHEL/Cedora).
• Strong scripting and programming in Python, Bash, C/C++, Java.
• Proven experience with Git, CI/CD tooling (Jenkins) and IaC (Ansible).
