Job summary

Forexx Group in the Netherlands seeks a Functional Application Specialist 3DX to drive PLM functionality development and implementation for cutting-edge naval programs. You will partner with engineers and IT to improve usability and performance across projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with proven 3DX experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and English fluency. You may work at Vlissingen or Schiedam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with proven 3DX experience.
• Familiarity with Cadmatic (Outfitting) is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of PLM principles and functional application management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• EU citizenship and permanent EU passport due to military projects.
• Willingness to work at Vlissingen or Schiedam locations.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex processes into smart functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, IT and stakeholders to improve usability and performance.
• Lead implementation of application improvements and support configuration.
• Manage user roles, system access and integration of new functionalities.
• Maintain parametric parts, technical specifications and data catalogues.
• Provide hands-on user support and coordinate training.
• Create and maintain training materials and user manuals.
• Optionally support Cadmatic (Outfitting) in legacy projects.
