Middle Point B.V. is seeking an Allround CADMATIC Engineer / Piping & Arrangement Engineer to contribute to advanced naval shipbuilding projects in Vlissingen.

You will combine piping engineering with the design and integration of equipment and technical spaces to ensure complex ship systems function together safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include creating 3D piping models, layouts and production drawings, coordinating with engineers and procurement, and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant shipbuilding experience.
• Hands-on experience with CADMATIC or comparable 2D/3D CAD software.
• Experience in piping design, equipment layouts and technical arrangements.
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize 3D piping systems, equipment layouts and technical spaces using CADMATIC.
• Translate technical requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Prepare 3D models, technical drawings and production documentation.
• Integrate piping systems and equipment within technical spaces.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, maintainability and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with system specialists, engineers, procurement and production teams.
