Job summary

Amaris Consulting is looking for a Model-Based Systems Engineer in Eindhoven, Netherlands. You will apply established MBSE methodologies across the product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality models that meet both user and business requirements.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior engineers, support continuous improvement of Systems Engineering practices, and contribute to MBSE capability deployment. A degree in Engineering and relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years experience in R&D, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Solid foundation in Systems Engineering, including requirements engineering and design control.
• Practical experience with MBSE tools at model-author level.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining SysML-based models with traceability.
• Ensuring model quality through conventions, validation, and reviews.
• Supporting onboarding and coaching sessions for MBSE adoption.
