Job description

We are looking for a Naval Architect / Marine Engineer… or would you like to learn this trade?

Are you a Naval Architect, Marine Engineer, or someone without formal qualifications but with a huge drive and technical insight? Then you are just what we are looking for.

In our small, dynamic company, you will participate in a variety of projects involving boats between 7.5 and 25 metres. Depending on your experience, you will work under guidance or take full responsibility for projects — from conceptual design, structural engineering and 3D development to compiling cutting packages.

No degree in design or engineering? No problem. If you are motivated, technically minded and eager to learn, we will take the time to teach you everything you need to know. Experience with CAD programmes is an advantage, but definitely not a requirement.

• Education/experience as a Naval Architect / Marine Engineer, or a driven technical talent without formal training
• Interest in boats, technology and producing high‑quality products
• Ability to work independently, but also function well within a team. If you do not yet have the experience but are eager to learn, we will make sure you grow into your role
• Interest in the complete process from design to production
• Attention to detail in digital tasks, such as adding structural components and compiling cutting packages
