The ideal candidate will have NATO SECRET security clearance, a relevant bachelor's degree, and over 4 years of experience in managing complex projects. Responsibilities include creating change management plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering OCM workshops. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead transformational IT projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project/Organisational Change Management frameworks and projects.
• 4+ years of post-related experience.
• Self-sufficient and motivated to deliver best-in-class services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the NATO Enterprise Change Manager for two large-scale ICT change projects.
• Define governance for how change managers will integrate into project teams.
• Create a change management plan for the project in consultation with the project manager.
