Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support Representative for an international water hygiene and filtration solutions client. You will manage orders across two markets, prepare quotations, and handle invoicing with strong ERP usage.

Based in the Netherlands, this fully office-based role starts with 1 day WFH, offering an international team, 20 vacation days, and a 7-month contract leading to permanent employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English with at least B2 in French, for daily client contact.
• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or communications field preferred.
• 2–3 years in sales support, inside sales, or commercial support roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle across two markets from quote to dispatch and invoicing.
• Prepare and follow up customer quotations for both markets.
• Enter and maintain accurate order data in the ERP system.
• Handle invoicing and ensure documentation reaches clients and finance.
• Coordinate field technician scheduling for rental and filter exchanges.
