Job summary

OSW Netherlands BV is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to back the Belgian market from our office in Helmond, Netherlands. You will be the first contact for customers, manage accounts, process orders, and support the sales team with administrative tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires proficiency in French and Dutch (Flemish), good English, and prior experience in sales support or customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts in CRM and internal systems.
• Process customer orders and verify pricing and payments.
• Support Belgian customers via phone, email, and webshop.
• Inform customers about order status, deliveries, and payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations.
• Support sales team with admin tasks, reporting, and documentation.
• Handle after-sales inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
