Q's Cards in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on retail associate to be the face of the store and take ownership of its day-to-day running. You will help collectors find their next favourite card and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Based in the Netherlands, Q's Cards operates physical stores in Amsterdam and Amersfoort with a growing online business, offering a curated range of sports cards and frequent releases. Salary is based on a 40-hour week and depends on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of relevant retail or sales experience.
• Strong communication and organisation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Confidence working independently and managing the store on your own.
• An energetic, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency; Dutch and a passion for sports cards are a plus.

Based in the Netherlands, Q's Cards is a rapidly growing company specializing in sports trading cards. We cater to both B2C and B2B markets, offering a wide range of products from basketball and soccer to football and baseball cards. With physical stores in Amersfoort and Amsterdam, alongside our growing online business, we are building one of the leading sports card communities in Europe.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers, recommend products and handle purchases and payments.
