Staff Solutions Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Retail Store Manager for a multi-site operation in the Netherlands. You will lead store performance, manage stock, set pricing, promotions, and merchandising to boost sales and profitability.

You will also ensure compliance, risk management, and safety, while coaching staff, supervising daily tasks, and controlling costs within budget. Strong customer focus and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 6) required.
• At least 5 years in Retail Sales or Marketing and up to 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail systems; strong operations, stock control, and service standards.

Responsabilités

• Retail Store Management: drive store performance, stock control, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Compliance: ensure policies, regulatory standards, risk management, and safety.
• Customer Service Management: build relationships, resolve issues, uphold SLAs.
• Staff Supervision: set performance goals, coach, and develop staff.
• Cost and Financial Control: manage budget, monitor spend, seek cost savings.
