Job summary

You will join a large international manufacturing company in the Breda region as a Process Operator, ensuring safe, efficient production with strict quality controls. You will monitor and adjust automated equipment, analyze deviations, and work with maintenance and technical teams to keep the line running.

Relocation to the Netherlands is supported, and training opportunities are offered to develop toward more advanced operator roles.

Qualifications

• EQF level 3/4 technical or process education.
• Experience as a Process Operator or Production Operator.
• Experience in an industrial or continuous production environment.
• Ability to understand and adjust process parameters.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Safety-conscious and responsible.
• Comfortable working in a structured production environment.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to work in a multi-shift system (4 shifts).
• Willing and able to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Process-operator qualification such as VAPRO B/C or Process Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the production process.
• Operate and adjust machines and process installations.
• Monitor process parameters and product quality.
• Identify deviations and take corrective action.
• Carry out inspections and basic technical checks.
• Register production data and process information.
• Work closely with maintenance and technical colleagues.
• Contribute to process improvements and production efficiency.
• Adhere to safety, quality and environmental procedures.
