Actief Werkt! is seeking a Production Operator in the Netherlands. You will work in a 3-shift system, ensuring smooth, safe operations while upholding quality standards. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €2,800–€3,000 plus a 15% shift allowance and a comprehensive onboarding program.

You will operate and monitor production equipment, contribute to continuous improvements, and have the opportunity to grow into a permanent position within the company.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines.
• Performing quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Identifying and resolving minor machine malfunctions.
• Monitoring production performance and planning.
