Job summary

WerkTalent is hiring a Production Employee in the Netherlands to help run the production line, pack and check products, and support colleagues. You will work in a two-shift schedule and ensure safety and quality across operations.

The role requires willingness to work morning and afternoon shifts, communicate in Dutch and/or English, and engage with machines and technology. Internal training and potential certificates are available in a large organization.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability and willing to work two shifts.
• Willingness to learn and work with production machines.
• Ability to communicate in Dutch and/or English.
• Experience in production or logistics is an advantage.
• Safety-focused and accurate in handling processes.
• Willing to obtain VCA or forklift certificates.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines.
• Pack and repack soft drink products.
• Check product and packaging quality.
• Keep the production line running smoothly.
• Identify small problems or disruptions.
• Keep the workplace clean and safe.
• Work in different areas of the production process.
• Support new colleagues.
