• Translate campaign concepts and static designs into compelling motion assets
• Develop video assets, including product videos, explainers, and short social formats
• Edit and color-correct raw footage into rhythmic, engaging edits
• Collaborate with creative teams and designers to ensure consistent execution of brand styles in motion
• Maintain and develop the motion language of the agency’s brands
• Set up and maintain organized project files and templates, for example in After Effects, to support scalability
• Make small adjustments and optimizations to existing video content quickly and accurately

Требования

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Motion Designer at an agency or studio
• Strong sense of timing, easing, typography, and brand consistency
• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Good command of Illustrator and Photoshop for preparing assets
• Affinity with AI tools and curiosity to integrate them into the workflow
• Structured working style, organized project folders, and attention to detail
• Passion for the craft and a collegial, service-oriented attitude
• Visually strong, practical, and pragmatic
• Enjoys precise keyframes and polished edits
• Values order and structure while understanding the dynamic energy of an advertising agency
