Job summary

Lever, Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking a Product Manager - Money Movement to own end-to-end money movement capabilities across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, and the underlying infrastructure.

You will partner with Finance, FinOps, and banking partners to design scalable processes, settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury operations, while balancing customer experience, unit economics, and regulatory considerations across corridors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech/payments.
• Experience shipping payment rails across PSPs/banks.
• Hands-on with on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wires, cards.
• Experience managing payment products across multiple PSPs or banks.
• Strong understanding of settlement, reconciliation, treasury, liquidity, and operations.
• Combining customer-facing ownership with infra responsibilities.
• Ability to analyze corridor economics, deposits, FX, fees.

Responsibilities

• Own the money movement surface across rails and infrastructure.
• Build scalable fund movement, settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury ops.
• Define operating models for settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence, processing, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance/FinOps to automate processes and reduce manual work.
• Coordinate with shared payments infrastructure to ensure API alignment.
• Evaluate solutions across corridors, standardize where possible, tailor where needed.
• Manage relationships with partner banks and PSPs and define requirements.
• Analyze corridor economics to inform pricing decisions and incentives.
• Apply AI-native practices to accelerate execution and improve workflows.
• Align with retail product and infrastructure teams on priorities and delivery.
• Own end-to-end performance of money movement capabilities.
