Position

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Service Technician to join our team in the Netherlands. This role involves providing exceptional technical support and service for our range of AWP and material handling products. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring our customers' equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms and material handling equipment
• Respond to customer service requests, diagnosing and resolving issues in the field
• Complete paperwork related to servicing, repairs, and inventory management
• Provide suggestions for product improvements and report any design faults to management
• Assist in inventory management and maintain scheduled routines for equipment servicing
• Deliver training on equipment use and maintenance procedures to customers as needed

Requirements

• Experience as a service technician in the mechanical industry, preferably with aerial work platforms
• Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with equipment rental companies in the Netherlands is a plus
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service
• Good general fitness and willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
