Job summary

DINGLI in Weert, Netherlands, seeks a dedicated after-sales service technician for aerial work platforms (AWP). You will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, and providing technical support to customers and employees across various sites.

The ideal candidate holds a technical or engineering degree and has experience in service roles, particularly in mechanical industries. Strong English communication skills and a valid driver's license are required. Travel is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a service technician role, preferably in mechanical or related industries.
• Experience in electrical and hydraulic repairs.
• Strong understanding of customer relations and dynamic requirements.
• Understanding of the equipment rental sector is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

About the Job

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop.
• Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations.
• Deliver technical product support to Dingli employees and customers.
• Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region.
• Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for Dingli products and services.
• Pursue ongoing skill development and maintain relevant certifications to enhance job performance.

Requirements
