Qualifications

• 7+ years in Mobile (Android & iOS) and/or IoT software development in fast-paced tech environments.
• 2+ years in a people management position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team: manage engineers, plan, hire, and set goals for Amsterdam office.
• Work cross-functionally with design, product, data, and Payments teams.
• Act as a multiplier by coaching on engineering practices, scalable architecture, and roadmap discussions.
• Bring structure to execution: design and implement new services with reliability/infrastructure/data mindset.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence with automation and global alignment.
