Job summary

Vannesenplaisier zoekt een Mixing Operator voor een maaltijdmiddelproducent in Tilburg. Je werkt 40 uur per week in een 3-ploegendienst en ontvangt een startsalaris van €3.200,- bruto per maand inclusief 21,5% ploegentoeslag. Na zes weken volgt een training, waarna je zelfstandig werkt en bijdraagt aan kwaliteitsborging.

Er is uitzicht op een vast contract na de proeftijd. Een salarisverhoging naar €3.373,- bruto wordt verwacht in de eerste zes maanden en na afronding van de training naar

Responsibilities

• Verantwoordelijk voor eigen afdeling waar verschillende grondstoffen tot een eindproduct worden gemengd.
• Tijdens de eerste zes weken opleiding door een ervaren collega, daarna zelfstandige uitvoering.
• Uitvoering op drie verdiepingen: toevoegen van grondstoffen, starten van het mengproces en verpakken van het eindproduct.
• Zorg dragen voor productkwaliteit en strikt volgen van werkvoorschriften en procedures.

As a Mixing Operator you will work for a company in the food industry. You will be working 40 hours a week in a 3-shift system. You can count on a salary of €3200,- gross per month including 21,5% shift allowance.

Wij bieden

Functieomschrijving

As a Mixing Operator you are responsible for your own department, where various raw materials are blended into a high-quality end product. During the first six weeks, you will be trained by an experienced colleague, after which you will work independently. Your work takes place across three floors: on the top floor, you add raw materials to the mixer, after which the mixing process starts and you package the finished product. At every stage of this process, you play a crucial role in ensuring product quality. Because you work independently, it is important that you follow all work instructions and procedures accurately. Cleaning and maintaining the machines is also part of your responsibilities.
