Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Tilburg zoekt een Mixing Operator voor de voedingsindustrie. Je werkt 40 uur per week in een 3-ploegendienst en beheert je eigen afdeling waarin grondstoffen worden gemengd tot een eindproduct.

Tijdens de eerste zes weken krijg je training en daarna werk je zelfstandig met focus op productkwaliteit. Het startsalaris bedraagt €3200,- inclusief ploegentoeslag, met verhoging naar €3373,- en uiteindelijk circa €3400,- binnen het eerste jaar.

Qualifications

• Engels spreken, schrijven en lezen vereist.
• Woonachtig in of nabij Tilburg.
• Fysiek actief en handmatig werk prettig.

Responsibilities

• Verantwoordelijk voor zijn/haar afdeling waar grondstoffen worden gemengd.
• Na training werk je zelfstandig met kwaliteitscontrole.
• Werk op drie verdiepingen en volg alle instructies nauwgezet.
• Schoonmaken en onderhouden van machines behoort tot de taken.

As a Mixing Operator you will work for a company in the food industry. You will be working 40 hours a week in a 3-shift system. You can count on a salary of €3200,- gross per month including 21,5% shift allowance.

Wij bieden

Functieomschrijving

As a Mixing Operator you are responsible for your own department, where various raw materials are blended into a high-quality end product. During the first six weeks, you will be trained by an experienced colleague, after which you will work independently. Your work takes place across three floors: on the top floor, you add raw materials to the mixer, after which the mixing process starts and you package the finished product. At every stage of this process, you play a crucial role in ensuring product quality. Because you work independently, it is important that you follow all work instructions and procedures accurately. Cleaning and maintaining the machines is also part of your responsibilities.
