Job summary

Vannesenplaisier zoekt een Production Worker die verantwoordelijk is voor een eigen afdeling waar grondstoffen worden gemengd en verpakt. In de eerste zes weken krijg je training en daarna werk je zelfstandig op drie verdiepingen, met aandacht voor kwaliteit.

De functie is fulltime (40 uur) in een drieploegendienst met een ploegentoeslag van 21,5%. Na training kun je in aanmerking komen voor een vast contract.

• Fysiek fit en handig ingesteld.
• Engels leesbaar en schrijfbaar.
• Woonachtig in of nabij Tilburg.

Responsibilities

• Verantwoordelijk voor eigen afdeling waar grondstoffen worden gemengd en verpakt.
• Tijdens de training leer je procedures en werk je daarna zelfstandig.
• Zorg voor onderhoud en reiniging van machines en bewaak kwaliteitsstandaarden.

Start working as a Production Worker at a leading company specializing in the blending and packaging of powdered food ingredients. In this independent role, you will work in a three-shift system and receive a shift allowance of 21.5% for every hour worked. You will start with an hourly wage of €18,47, which increases to €19,46 within six months and to €19,67 per hour within one year.

Functieomschrijving

As a Production Worker you are responsible for your own department, where various raw materials are blended into a high-quality end product. During the first six weeks, you will be trained by an experienced colleague, after which you will work independently. Your work takes place across three floors: on the top floor, you add raw materials to the mixer, after which the mixing process starts and you package the finished product. At every stage of this process, you play a crucial role in ensuring product quality. Because you work independently, it is important that you follow all work instructions and procedures accurately. Cleaning and maintaining the machines is also part of your responsibilities.
