Jobster is seeking a Mixing Operator to join our production line in Etten-Leur. You will work with modern mixing machines, prepare production orders, and measure ingredients to ensure products meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and safety, with a stable schedule and paid breaks. You will operate on a 3-shift system (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) Monday to Friday, with 7.5-hour shifts including a 30-minute paid break.

Join our team as a Mixing Operator and become an integral part of our production line. You'll be working with state-of-the-art mixing machines to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards while enjoying a stable work schedule and paid breaks. Are you ready to make a difference?

As a Mixing Operator, you play an important role in the production process. You work with modern mixing machines, prepare production orders and accurately measure ingredients. You make sure products are produced according to the correct instructions and quality standards. With your attention to detail and focus on safety, you help keep the production process running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the production process and accurately recording the required information
• Checking finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards
• Carefully mixing ingredients according to recipes, instructions and production guidelines
• Keeping your work area clean, organized and safe
• Taking part in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve the production process

You work Monday to Friday in a 3-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 to 06:00

Each shift is 7.5 hours, including a 30-minute paid break.
