Job summary

WLG in Den Haag offers a hybrid role for an engineer to design and deploy Palantir Foundry pipelines, ontology models, and operator-facing apps for live European intelligence workflows. You will work with defence, national-security, and NATO-aligned customers, travelling to customer sites across Europe as needed, bringing live data into common operating pictures and C2 tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in technical field.
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry work: pipelines, ontology, Compute Modules, code repositories and workbooks.
• Fluent in Python, Java, SQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, Bash or Go.
• 3+ years of professional software or related engineering experience.
• Ability to learn new platform architectures quickly and reason about operator impact.
• Experience with Docker/Podman and Kubernetes/OpenShift; solid Linux and networking.

Responsibilities

• Sitting with defence and security users to understand critical needs for situational awareness.
• Designing, building and deploying on Palantir Foundry: pipelines, ontology, and operator-facing apps.
• Integrating live intelligence into workflows and common operating pictures for mission relevance.
• Building and tuning custom widgets to meet user needs.
• Owning end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision; sound technical judgment.
• Debugging across infrastructure, networking, and application layers in restricted/offline environments.
• Serving as a trusted technical adviser and feeding feedback to product teams.
• Traveling to customer sites and operations centres in Europe as required.
