Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance is required, with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in FMCG, processing, manufacturing, or heavy industry advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.
• English and Afrikaans proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production and processing equipment.
• Diagnose, fault-find, and repair breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Conduct preventative and planned maintenance activities.
• Work on motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, bearings, and drive systems.
• Perform basic electrical fault-finding on panels, motors, and control systems.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.
