Job summary

Tecwave B.V. Industrial Maintenance Technician is sought to keep machines, production lines and installations technically available, reliable and safe. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, analyse faults and restore production quickly and safely.

You will work independently while collaborating with the Technical Service team, operators, engineers and production teams. A technical education (MBO-3/4 or equivalent) and a solid mechanics/electrical foundation are required, with

Qualifications

Completed technical education at MBO-3 or MBO-4 level, or equivalent technical experience.
Solid technical foundation in mechanics and/or electrical engineering.
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, control technology or PLCs is an advantage.
Ability to independently analyze and resolve technical breakdowns.
Practical, solution-oriented approach with accuracy.
Strong safety, quality and hygiene awareness.
Good communication skills (GOOD ENGLISH) and a proactive attitude.
Driving license required; willingness to relocate to the Netherlands long term.

Responsibilities

Locating, analyzing and resolving technical breakdowns in machines, production lines and installations.
Carrying out preventive, corrective and periodic maintenance.
Maintaining, repairing, adjusting and replacing mechanical and electrical components.
Working on production lines, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
Performing inspections and identifying wear and potential issues early.
Reading electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
Analyzing recurring breakdowns and contributing to improvements.
Registering maintenance activities and breakdowns in relevant systems.
Working in accordance with safety, quality, hygiene and company regulations.
