Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Migration & Modernization Business Development Manager to generate demand and accelerate growth across EMEA/LATAM. You will identify modernization opportunities, engage customers and partners, and drive measurable pipeline and bookings growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to develop executive relationships and accelerate transformations across hybrid cloud and data-center modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, Go-to-Market, Cloud Transformation, or Infrastructure Modernization.

Responsibilities

• Own the Migration & Modernization pipeline growth across EMEA/LATAM.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts based on modernization triggers.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to execute campaigns and engagements that generate opportunities.
• Develop executive-level relationships and qualify opportunities.
• Expand opportunities within existing customers through modernization and cloud initiatives.
• Build and refine migration and modernization value propositions.
