Role Description

ATG, an Amsterdam-based proprietary trading firm active in global markets, is looking for a driven Middle Office Associate/ Administrative all‑rounder to join our team. In this role, you’ll help keep our trading operations running seamlessly — investigating and reconciling trade, position, and cash breaks while working closely with traders, clearing firms, exchanges, and brokers. You’ll also support a range of administrative tasks, including KYC checks, outgoing payments, and onboarding new brokers and exchanges.

What You’ll Do

• Reconcile trades, positions, and cash across multiple products.
• Own daily P&L reporting and fee reconciliations with exchanges and brokers.
• Support traders and help streamline day‑to‑day operations.
• Work with tech teams to improve Middle Office tools and processes.
• Assist with KYC requests, onboarding, and other admin tasks when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A (bachelor) degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (or similar).
• Around 1+ years of experience in a middle or back‑office role.
• Solid Excel skills; SQL are a big plus.
• Some knowledge of derivatives or trade settlement.
• A flexible administrative all‑rounder willing to handle any (administrative) task.
• A proactive problem‑solver who enjoys improving processes.
• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable communicating in English.
