Qualifications

• 5+ years of online media sales experience in a relevant market.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH media landscape and client management.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and recommending optimizations.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive, self-starter able to work in unstructured environments.
• Excel/Sheets data manipulation and insights generation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO of your book of business, owning strategic bets and revenue forecasting.
• Generate advertising revenue from assigned clients via ad agencies and advertisers directly.
• Responsible for revenue quota of the assigned book each quarter.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation and set clear next steps.
• Be the primary contact for clients on platform updates and opportunities.
• Provide strategic, proactive advice to grow relationships and opportunities.
• Implement and optimize campaigns with account strategists to meet objectives.
• Pull and analyze data to produce actionable insights for clients.
