Job summary

Michael Page (Netherlands) is seeking a seasoned ERP specialist to optimise Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and translate business needs into functional ERP solutions.

You will resolve incidents, coordinate releases, and enhance finance, projects, procurement, inventory and warehouse processes while driving user adoption and knowledge transfer across the organisation. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential for this permanent role in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ERP application support or consulting.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a similar ERP solution.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Projects, Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse Management.
• Dutch and English fluency.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years of ERP application support, consulting, or application management experience.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable ERP solution.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and operational modules, including Projects, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, curious, and capable of independently identifying root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
