Job summary

QuantWare is seeking a highly skilled MES & Automation Engineer to design, integrate, and support MES and automation solutions for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and factory systems.

You will work closely with IT, Engineering, Production, and other stakeholders to ensure manufacturing equipment and systems are effectively integrated, digitally controlled, traceable, and capable of supporting reliable manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of MES/Automation/Manufacturing Systems experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on SECS/GEM development and equipment automation.
• Experience delivering MES projects from design to deployment and production support.
• Experience with APIs, web services and enterprise integrations.
• Strong MES architecture, data master, DOE and SECS-I/HSMS/SECS/GEM experience.
• Programming experience in C++, C#, .NET, Java, Python or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, deploy and support MES solutions across projects.
• Develop SECS/GEM interfaces and templates for equipment.
• Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC and other factory IT systems.
• Manage technical deliverables, timelines, risks, testing and documentation.
