The Royal Academy of Art (KABK) invites a designer/artist to tutor Graduation Projects for Bachelor year 4. In-person teaching 0.11 FTE from January 2027 for 15 weeks, with green-light assessments and final exams in June.

You will mentor students, structure study plans, and contribute to exhibitions and excursions throughout the year. You should be based in the Netherlands, fluent in English, and familiar with assessment procedures and academic administration.

Formación

• Designer/artist with experience in art education.
• In-person instruction; preferably based in the Netherlands.
• Familiar with assessment procedures and administrative tasks for final year students.
• Proficient in English for communication and writing.
• Aware of diverse cultural backgrounds among international students.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with 4th year students to create an individual graduation project for a public audience.
• Guide students from research through production, including workshops and feedback sessions.
• Participate in green-light presentations and the final exam as part of the examination team.
• Provide a defined study structure and constructive progress assessments.
• Engage in extracurricular activities and possibly guest lectures and exhibitions.
