For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Mendix Advanced Developer for a long contract based in Amsterdam.

A Mendix Advanced Developer leads the end-to-end application development process, ensuring team deliverables align with solution architecture and design standards. They possess deep expertise in Mendix tools, frameworks, and best practices, enabling them to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and maintain high code quality. In collaboration with technical experts, they translate architectural blueprints into actionable development tasks and provide mentorship to junior and rapid developers. Their leadership, technical acumen, and problem-solving skills drive the creation of scalable, innovative, and efficient business applications.

Responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in Mendix Advanced development methodologies and tools
• Experience translating architectural designs into functional applications
• Expertise in troubleshooting, code quality, and lifecycle management
• Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams
• Strong collaboration skills with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Experience integrating Mendix with enterprise systems (SAP, Azure, APIs, etc.)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud-native deployments and containerization
• Familiarity with UI/UX optimization and performance tuning in Mendix
