Job summary

Stichting Smart Freight Centre in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager, Membership Services to lead the strategic development and delivery of our membership and sponsorship functions within this NGO.

You will drive membership growth, oversee the lifecycle, develop commercial offerings, and secure strong partnerships, reporting to the Director of Strategic Services and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver value for members and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading membership strategies and sponsorship programs.
• Strong leadership skills to coach a small team.
• Ability to forecast KPIs and report to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of the membership structure, fees, and benefits.
• Develop commercial membership propositions for growth opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding, renewals, and legal reviews of membership agreements.
• Manage sponsorship strategy and event partner engagement.
• Lead a team of 3 and align priorities with organizational goals.
