Job summary

Alliance Safety Council is seeking a Member Service Representative Level I to support the Member Services Department. This role assists with training on offered products to clients, interfaces with CBT labs, and helps maintain front-desk operations.

The position reports to the Member Services Manager and is full-time, hourly, non-exempt. The CSR will handle scheduling, attendance, lab supervision, and guidance for instructors and member companies, while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have good English grammar and basic computer skills.
• High school education or equivalent with 1–3 years in member services.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be on time and at the assigned post every workday by assigned starting time.
• Operate CBT lab computers and log on to the database and e-mail; check updates twice daily.
• Open Alliance Safety Council and CBT extranet websites as required.
• Schedule courses for students registered through Alliance Safety Council.
• Monitor the Sterling queue and pass/fail the student's SSV as needed.
• Greet students professionally and assist instructors and member companies.
