nhow Rotterdam is seeking a Meeting & Events Organizer who thrives in a design-forward, art-inspired hotel environment. You will manage every detail from contract to on-site execution, coordinating with guests and operations to deliver the distinctive nhow experience.

You will communicate options, exceed expectations, and work closely with international parties. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with a strong commercial mindset and team spirit.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and arranging meetings and events with attention to detail.
• Aptitude for upselling and maximizing guest options.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with various departments.

Responsabilités

• After a meeting/conference request is signed, oversee the end-to-end organization of the event.
• Coordinate with guests and internal teams to ensure the nhow experience.
• Communicate options and special wishes to international parties and stakeholders.
