Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is seeking an Employee Meeting & Events Operations to ensure flawless execution of meetings and events alongside the Food & Beverage Manager. You will set up and break down rooms, run the event schedule, monitor service quality, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Affinity with hospitality, events, and Food & Beverage; hands-on, flexible, proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during busy moments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down meeting and event rooms according to the event schedule and floor plans.
• Executing events based on the run-of-show and function sheet.
• Monitoring the quality of service, operations, and guest experience.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety regulations, and work procedures.
• Serving and replenishing coffee breaks in meeting rooms and foyers.
• Assisting with lunches and dinners for event guests, often buffet-style in Haven Restaurant.
• Supporting Food & Beverage operations during banqueting events and maintaining a professional presentation.
