Your Day To Day

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various meetings and events.
• Help maintain relationships with clients and following up in current business.
• Attend regular team meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming events, providing updates on current business and any challenges encountered.
• Contribute suggestions based on your observations and interactions with clients to enhance event planning processes.
• Assist with invoicing and post-event evaluations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments, including banqueting and front desk to guarantee successful event execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for events and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze event feedback, helping to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take detailed minutes, ensuring all action items are documented and followed up on in a timely manner.

Ready to land this internship?

• The internship is part of your school program
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch. Another language is always a plus.
• You have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working with people
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Opera is a plus
• A well-groomed and professional appearance that represents our brand with confidence
