Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace is offering an Internship in Meetings & Events Management. You will support the setup of meeting rooms and AV equipment, assist with daily event operations, and serve guests with clear information.

As an intern, you will liaise between guests and hotel teams, assist with administrative tasks, and be enrolled at your educational institution throughout the internship period.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for helping to prepare and organise meetings, conferences and events.
• Flexible, attentive, with a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the set-up and preparation of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment.
• Assist with daily Meetings & Events operations, including breaks and lunches.
• Provide clear information to guests, event organisers and colleagues.
• Act as a liaison between guests and hotel teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support various administrative activities within the department.
